Brad Henry

Partner – Director of Operations

Professional Profile Brad came to Emberwood in 2022 after nearly 17 years at a local manufacturing and construction company, holding various executive roles overseeing business development, sales, and quality. As Director of Operations, Brad is responsible for making sure we are providing an excellent and thorough client experience and that the business is positioned well for continued growth.  

Education Saint Louis University Bachelor of Arts in Communication with emphasis in Public Relations and Organizational Communication 

Outside of Work Brad has always been heavily involved in his community, church, and local sports. He serves as an elder at his church, The Crossing, and enjoys teaching in the kids and student ministries. He has been involved in leadership roles with local organizations such as Action Brown County, Brown County United Way, and Down Country, as well as volunteered as a coach for the local Little League, YMCA, and Brown County High School football team. Brad lives in Mt. Sterling with his wife, Abby, and their 3 children and loves watching and being involved in all of their activities.
